Order Discounts

We offer multiple order discounts on the regular priced items.
First time buyers will get 10% off order over $35
For our returning customer we offer 5% discount on all orders over $100
Orders over $50 scheduled for repeat shipping will get 5% off
All the discounts are applied on pre-tax basis
Discounts do not apply to sale items

Shipping and Tracking

All orders are shipped on expdidited basis.
At the current time we use ground speed delivery with 2-7 business day delivery time
As soon as the order is shipped you will recieve an email with tracking information
We use FedEx, UPS and USPS as our carriers

Canceling an order

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need your order canceled
We will try to cancel the order or remove it from shipping bins if it is possible

Returns/Exchanges

We work with multiple vendors who offer different return policies
Unless the item is marked as a Final Sale it is returnable
We offer 30 day return period from the moment the order was shipped
Unless the item you received is defective/incorrect we charge 15% restocking fee
All packages refused or returned to us by carrier due to incorrect shipping address will incur restocking fee as well
Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping unless defective
